for general purpose |

These wires can be made in various grades and tempers
for different applications like for trolleys, conveyor
beltings, for tying/lashing, staple pins, screens,
wall ties
etc
The finish can be bright or bright matte and tempers
can be made based on customers specs and end usage.

for spring |
Suitable for any type of springs like compression, tension
these wires can be offered from 0.80mm to 6.0mm in matte
finish with sterate /soapcoated or in decoated condition.
Confirming to Astm a 313, jis g 4314 or any other specifications
as per customer's requirements.

| Wire
for braiding/knitting/screens/filters |

We can offer size range from 0.45mm to 1.0 mm for
braiding hoses and knitting, for screens, netting.
In grades like aisi 304/l, 316/l and bright/matte finish
or any finish as pere customer's requirements.

These wires are 1/4 hard temper in bright finish
suitable for electro polishing used for decorative,
kitchenware applications in common grades of 200 series
and 300 series of austenitic steel.

/ TIG wire |
| We manufacture tig wire with single side or both sides
embossed and mig wire on layer wound plastic spools.
Mig and tig have clean and bright surface. The most common
grades are er 304,er 316,er 308,er 309 etc. |

We can offer wires from dia 0.80mm to 5.0mm suitable
for further re drawing in temper and finish as desired
by the customer in most common grades of stainless
steel.

Wire used for applications like
screws, nails, and nuts bolts etc .the most common
grades. Under this category are 302 hq, 304 cu, 304/l,
430l, 204 cu these can be offered in sizes from 1mm
to 6.0mm with soft temper. Finish can be as per customers’ requirements.. |

for welding electrode |

Besides in house manufacturing of welding electrodes
we can also offer core wires suitable for manufacture
of welding electrodes in sizes up to 6.0mm can be supplied
in coil form or straight length. The most common grades
are er 304/LER 316/LER 308/ER 309/ER,310/ERr347/ER
430/LER etc.
