Manufacturing

Our manufacturing base is located at Industrial town of Palghar which is about 100 kms from the port city of Mumbai. The facility is spread in the area of about 200,000 sqft with a production capacity of about 12,000 metric tonnes per annum for all the products.

Stainless Steel division is equipped with sophisticated Tube Annealing Furnace, Multiple Wire Drawing Machines, Bull Block Machines and Wet Drawing Machines.

We have capabilities to produce large weight coils using dead block coilers and are pattern laid as per customer?s requirement. The Welding division is equipped with latest equipments and Machinery to produce cheese wound coils , layered winding on spools and vacuum packing for welding electrodes.
